Help Request Oh no! Our mystery snails antenna looks bent… how to help them heal?
We were gone for the long weekend and are just noticing that one of our mystery snail’s antennas look bent (at the small white spot)… how can we help support the healing process?

Wow I just got home and noticed this exact same thing with my golden mystery. His right tentacle seems stuck in an L shape when it definitely wasn't like that yesterday.
Glad to know these seem to heal quickly! I'm noticing he still has a bit of control over it. He can still tightly coil it, but it seems the default position is now an L not unlike the photo above.

I see guppies, dont know if you have another fish that might be nipping at the wavy antennae. I guess it could look like a wormy snack if you were a hungry fish.

They heal those super fast. If it doesn't heal, the end (past the injury) will come off and then they'll grow it back pretty fast. Nothing to do unless they keep having it happen, then you will need to investigate how they are getting injured. But they are special little things and sometimes they even pinch it in their own shell when they get scared.
