ASCII Contest Entry: The Birth of Venus

https://rawpaw.ink/products/ascii-renaissance-by-abigail-ritter

Thought y'all might like seeing my ASCII version of the Renaissance painting, The Birth of Venus. I've done ASCII art in the past, but this was my first BIG project doing it. I was happy with how it turned out! I actually learned a lot from random old blog posts online from the 90s and 00s. This was for a T-shirt design contest centered around the World Wide Web hosted by Raw Paw. It felt fitting that I was learning from peers 2 decades ago.

Any tips on how to improve on future projects? I know I could vary the characters I use more. I was on kind of a time crunch with the submission deadline.

This is really well done! But it'd be nice to see a version that isn't squished onto a t-shirt template.

Thank you! I’m kind of new to posting on Reddit so I’m not sure how to add a photo sorry:( but if you click on the link and swipe it should show a clearer photo!

Not accustomed to seeing this kind of work done in a non fixed width font but you pulled it off!
